Road Opener Talisman

As the name suggests: Road Openers are designed to clear the way. Each talisman features a purity-tested iron key that has been spiritually separated from its parent lock by cleansing in alkahest, known in material alchemy as the "universal solvent."

Road Openers are designed to be, quite literally, "keyed" to an opportunity. This opportunity can take any form the user desires, but it cannot change form once instantiated. Once activated, the talisman facilitates realization of whatever objective it is connected to whenever it is worn or kept close. 

Please note that these keys are wrought iron and will rust in the presence of water. Rust is harmless and does not negate the magic, but as it may stain clothes or skin, it is recommended to polish the key with steel wool or other abrasive material about once per month. Conditioning with ritual oils is also recommended but not required (a small amount of olive oil will do the trick, but you're always free to use our ritual oils or someone else's!).

Please note that Road Openers can only be "keyed" once, but they remain cool pieces of jewelry even after they finish their work for you. ;)
